Philly MC Zilla Rocca, fresh off 2011’s Nights And Weekends, is back on another beat from Boston’s Dr. Quandary and this time he brought ample reinforcement in the form of homeys Has-Lo and Open Mike Eagle for a sequel to last year’s “Full Spectrum” single. It opens with some low-key, vintage Tom Waits-y instrumentation and a decidedly sinister slowed-down vocal intro before the beat kicks and things get ‘rowdy,’ perhaps even leaning towards ‘bonkers.’ The verses are nimble and the beat has that jazzy saunter that Dr. Quandary’s been honing for years.
