“Murphy’s Law” is yet another impressive track off Bronx rapper YC The Cynic‘s upcoming album, GNK. Not only that, but it’s another impressive set of visuals from the 22-year-old, whose team has a knack for striking a balance between simplistic and captivating. While this clip mostly centers on YC The Cynic delivering his shape-shifting flow in front of a microphone, it also boasts well-time graphic touches and nods to NYC rap videos of yore. Not only that, but hearing him flip his delivery after the “Notorious Thugs” sample is, just, wow. I told y’all to keep an eye out for the kid, so hopefully “Murphy’s Law” is the smack upside the head some of you needed.
