Listen: Wu-Tang Clan Drop New Single “Ruckus In B Minor”

wu-tang-a-better-tomorrow“Ruckus in B Minor” is the latest we’re hearing from the Wu-Tang Clan‘s upcoming reunion album, A Better Tomorrow, which is due out Dec. 2. And just like the previous singles (“Keep Watch” and “Ron O’Neal“), the beat is filled with live instrumentation and is sure to disappoint anyone looking for a grittier backdrop. That being said, the track is relatively successful as a whole, even if the hook of “still numba one!/still numba one!/still numba ONE!” is a bit grating and certain Wu members sound like they’re phoning it in. Hey, that’s just me, though—you may dig it.

It’s not that I feel rza needs to update his style nit make 90s sounding beats just good ones, Something that sounds modern but has that Rza feel to like the wu block beat he did back in 2010,not this wack live band shtick

RZA needs to give these beats to a new artists instead of the Wu. People want a Wu album trapped in the 90s and aren’t going to like these no matter what. Which is funny considering Ghostface is the only Wu member that people still bump has pretty much moved away from it.

Really not feeling this one…..same for the last two singles,Rza is gonna ruin another album with his overly brassy live production that no one likes, Ive given up hope on liking a new Wu album
