I want you to know this first and foremost: My knowledge of Nathan Williams’ work as Wavves is severely limited. The reason for that is all of his public bullshit severely turned me off and I didn’t really feel like hearing what he had to say on record about weed, surfing, the ocean, etc… But I’ll be damned if I don’t dig this B-side of the Japanese release of King Of The Beach. It’s harsh as fuck, kinda punky, and bratty all at once. And if this is anything like his other material with Wavves…I owe the band an apology.
