When you run down the list of classic hip-hop tracks, “Simon Says” is undoubtedly at the top. Taking to Toronto, Canada last month, Pharoahe Monch wanted to share the historic track with a native twist. Enlisting the “post-bop” trio known as BADBADNOTGOOD, Monch performed his set with a rejuvenated brilliance. We are now catching wind of some footage of “Simon Says”, which, as expected, is absolutely explosive. Now, I am sure many of you have seen Pharoahe perform this gem before live, so the special treat definitely lies in the Canadian backing band.
