The album art for Kendrick Lamar‘s good kid, m.A.A.d city was revealed last week, leaving us in the dark as to the meaning behind it. It appears that is an actual photo of Lamar and his family, but he leaves some of the imagery up for interpretation. We haven’t heard very much music from the project, but this definitely reveals how personal of a project this album is going to be. Kendrick also lets us know why the album was delayed, as there was some sample clearance issues the label needed to deal with.
good kid, m.A.A.d city is due out Oct. 22.
