While I don’t feel like I am missing out one bit by not showing up for the Made In America festival, I am a bit jealous that Jay Electronica jumped on stage to perform both “Exhibit A” and “Exhibit C”. The bigger, and quite possibly more disappointing news, is that Electronica announced his lead single is coming soon from his forthcoming album, and it will feature Chris Brown. Yeah, I know. But perhaps we should be trusting the New Orleans MC a little more. After all, he has been working on this album for what seems like decades. Act II: Patents of Nobility (The turn) is set to drop Sept. 19, but who knows if that will hold true.
It was a dope performance but that Chris Brown news was terrible.
I concur. As I told you on twitter, Jay Elec’ already disappointed me 2yrs ago, and nothing has changed.
