It’s great that we’re getting more hip-hop documentaries with so many seminal albums hitting their 20-year mark in the last few years. It really speaks to how significant these albums are, not just within the hip-hop genre, but music as a whole. There’s an entire generation that wasn’t even alive when Only Built 4 Cuban Linx album was released, but thanks to this upcoming documentary they will get to see why this album and many others are still revered all these years later.
