Watch BET Hip-Hop Awards Warm-Up Cyphers Featuring The Kid Daytona, Tito Lopez, K’La & More

Who didn’t see this coming? Apparently BET wants to make sure we’re properly excited about this year’s Hip-Hop Awards, because they just released three of the cyphers to the web. As you might expect, they don’t feature the BIG names, but that doesn’t mean they’re not worth checking. If nothing else, you’ll get introduced to some bubbling talent you might not have heard before, like Tito Lopez and/or K’La.

Also, it’s really just great to see the Kid Daytona get a look like this. But, wow, did anyone else know there was an even Lil-er Wayne out there? Lil Chuckee has to be a clone or something. He even mentions kick flips! SHIT! And someone tell the other kids to focus on their schoolwork. I don’t need to hear a youngin’ shouting out “Rest in peace to Slim Dunkin,” even if I agree with it.
