While his latest music has been in more sing-song and mellowed out, Vulkan The Krusader decided he’d show y’all that he can still rap his ass off when he wants to. So he dipped back into his vaults and found a blistering cut from 2011 when he was working on his V for Vendetta project. It’s “Wild Horses”, a song that sounds like a mission statement in the form of fist-clenched rhymes. I almost feel like dude’s about to sock me through my computer speakers, dropping sharp WCW references in between tokes from a Black & Mild. And can we talk about the wailing, epic beat from DA? Oof.
