Video: Future And TNGHT on Pitchfork’s Selector

Future SelectorIt seems like Pitchfork’s Selector series continues to get bigger with each and every installment, but none have touched the star power present on this particular episode. Not only does Future come through, but the production duo of Hudson Mohawke and Lunice known as TNGHT are also in the building. Like most Selector episodes, we get some insight into both of these artist’s creative process, as well as a ridiculous freestyle to wrap things up at the end over a massive TNGHT beat. Honestly, I don’t get Future at all, but I do find it pretty hysterical that Hudson is fighting back laughter the entire time he is speak-rapping nonsense.

Wow. That was the most pitiful verse ever. Pitchfork, give me two TNGHT beats to choose from and I’ll leave the studio bloody, not with the producers laughing at my horrendousness.
