We have some pretty great news to report to y’all. Mello Music Group has officially signed the entirety of Diamond District, both as a group and in their solo capacities. The final piece of the puzzle was Washington, D.C.’s Uptown XO, who’s prepping what sounds like a killer project in The Color Grey. The mixtape drops Oct. 1 and will serve as a precursor to his MMG debut, Colour De Grey. Get a taste of the tape by watching the ill visuals for “Occupy DC” that depict a world in which knowledge is a weapon. Think about it.
