If you have an account on basically any social network, you know that you can buy whatever the hell you want on there when it comes to more views, followers, friends, likes, etc… And earlier this year, YouTube began cleaning out accounts that had apparently purchased some phony views. In February, Universal Music Group lost 3 billion views from its channel but that was nothin’. Just one month later, UMG has lost another 2.5 billion views from its YouTube channel, according to The Daily Dot. YouTube is yet to comment on the matter.
