Even though I am pretty tired of seeing Twin Shadow‘s name take over every single indie blog on the map, this live performance was too good to pass up on. And I must say, I am a true sucker for this lo-fi R&B/funk movement, if you can even call it that. I also have my doubts about the movement, as it seems like many things like “Chillwave” and “glo-fi” are already dying. But if acts like Twin Shadow continue to pump out good music and refine their sound, I see no reason why I can’t bump funky jams like “Shooting Holes” for years to come.
