We got our first taste of Tokyo Hands‘ new EP on Donky Pitch, Islands, back in August when Potholesian Will Salzer big-upped the North Carolina producer for then-latest single “Valleys“. Since then, we’ve been eager to hear the remainder of the project, which is out now digitally and on cassette on the label’s Bandcamp page. It officially hits stores on Sept. 16, but we’ve got another means of previewing Islands with a premiere of EP highlight “Rainforests”. The sunny-day vibes are undeniable, making this a perfect means of kicking off your day in a proper fashion. Also, good luck sitting still once those drums hit and play off the Sonic The Hedgehog-esque synthesizer lines.
