Times Neue Roman – “Way Way Down”

Times Neue Roman is a duo making heavy noise recently, especially in Toronto. With their upcoming project set to drop this fall on Daps Record/Honest Music, the duo, emcee Arowbe and multi-instrumentalist and singer Alexander The, are showcasing a ton of styles with the released singles. From the jazzy “Sade Is In My Tape Deck”, the electronic banger “Curated Friends” and now “Way Way Down”, which is similar to Brit-pop or a ’60s Doo-wop track. Either way it’s still indebted hip-hop and Times Neue Roman is definitely something you should keep an eye and ear out for.
