Thundercat had done pretty well for himself in 2011. You probably first heard his magical bass work on the Flying Lotus track “Mmmhmm”, and since he’s released his debut album The Golden Age of Apocalypse. If you’ve heard that, you know how awesome the work between these two is. Thankfully, we get another treat from the two, this time with fellow Brainfeeder jazz explorer Austin Peralta. The track entitled “$200 TB” is featured on the Japanese release of Thundercat’s album. As one might expect, fancy finger work from Thundercat, some piano from Peralta, and production from none other than Flylo mix up to form something pretty special.
