Thought The Goodie Mob Reunion Was Bad? See What Cee-Lo’s Doing Now

Stop right there! Before you hit play on that video below, I want you to take a second and prepare yourself. Yes, the recent Goodie Mob reunion has been god awful, but what you are about to see will shock and alarm even the most jaded. I am never one to blame an artist for selling out, especially when there is money on the one side of the fence and struggling artist on the other. But what Cee-Lo Green has done over the past 18 months or so is an unprecedented feat in the history of sellouts. With this video below, he sets the bar higher than even Will.I.Am and the Black Eyed Peas when they signed on the dreadful “singer” known as Fergie.

Yes, folks, Cee-Lo Green, singer and rapper of the once amazing Goodie Mob, is now making a Christmas album. He joins the ranks of Justin Bieber, *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys and the many other pop icons who gave in to the mainstream demand and crafted a holiday album of their own. But Green isn’t even writing his own new music, but rather covering played out Christmas classics of the past, such as “All I Want For Christmas” featured below. Oh, and the Christmas album is going to be called CeeLo’s Magic Moment aka The Moment CeeLo Realized He Could Milk All You Lame The Voice Watching Suckers For All Your Cash. It comes out a day before Halloween on Oct. 30, just in case you wanted to dress up as Santa Claus Cee-Lo and go out on mischief night smashing mailboxes while blasting his rendition of “Silent Night”.

The track listing for the album is below. Apparently he did a song with Rod Stewart, though, which will probably be pretty damn epic. The end.
