It is pretty safe to say the Weeknd took off this past year. Setting the mood for an incredibly fruitful career, The Weeknd has freed up some time for himself to unleash some previously unreleased tracks. Both songs being recorded in 2009, they sound as if they could have come off of a scrapped project the talented producer/vocalist was working on. While it certainly isn’t in the same lane as House of Balloons or Thursday, it would be nice to hear more songs from this particular sound.
