I have seen quite a few outlandish collaborations in my day, but this one certainly ranks among the top of that list. With the Stepkids a few months out from their smashing full-length debut, they now get a hip-hop remix with verses from Pharoahe Monch and Homeboy Sandman. While we might have expected recent Stones Throw signee Sandman to jump on this track, no one could have predicted Monch to tag along. The final product is a psychedelic, laid back jam that is charged lyrically by two dynamite MCs. The Stepkids are embarking on a tour this week with Mayer Hawthorne. Check down below for dates.
