Well traveled Iraqi-Canadian emcee, the Narcicyst is getting set to drop a new EP since his relocation from Montreal to the Middle East, Dubai to be exact. It’ll be full of new material later this month and the first look, “Blame the Label”, is a smooth head nodder. Narcy’ utilizes a harsh flow and ton of name drops to highlight some, not all, of the perils in the world. Recorded in Dubai, the Sandhill instrumental is pretty much (stereotypically or not) reminiscent of where it was recorded. The Narcicyst plans to drop his EP, Leap Of Faith, on Oct. 22 and personally, this single warrants a listen to the EP. I guess that’s the job of a single, right?
