As much as we love progressive, out-there boom-bap at Potholes, we love the good ole early-to-mid ’90s stuff, too. And that’s just what we’re hearing on the Black Sunn and 810‘s latest single, “Props”. It features the energetic Baltimore spitters linked with Raleigh, N.C.’s King Mez, who you might know from his work with 9th Wonder. Together, this trio has crafted a track that takes us back and has us looking forward to Black and 810‘s joint project, United Division, that much more. It’s due out Aug. 30.
