Vocals that echo. Lo-fi guitars. Female vocalists with soft voices. I should be tired of that by now, right? Maybe. But I’m not. Tashaki Miyaki, a band new to me, put out two songs that are collectively called Tashak It To Me. One song, “All I Have To Do Is Dream” is surely recognizable and the two tracks end quickly, but give you enough time to make you wonder what an LP (or even an EP) would sound like. Apparently these two tracks will be released May 1, 2015, so don’t be late!

Ha, I feel the same way, Mr. Mantis
I actually am getting a little sick of the lo-fi-girl-singer-indie-shit, but I’ve been waiting forever for a doo-wop comeback that’s not fucking Bruno Mars. I like this a lot.
