And the two tracks, “Pressure” and “Still Breathin’”, displayed just how much he’s grown since releasing one of my favorite efforts of 2009, Somekind of Wonderful. Hope’s still working with producer Taktix, who laced the entirety of this project, too. Waterfire finds Hope tackling eight different emotions across the eight tracks on here, from inspiration to deceit, which makes for hell of an engaging listen.
