We’re a day late with this one, but so what? Vitamin D apparently recorded this entire EP on his birthday, March 22, hence its title, The Born Day EP. Kam dropped the first official single from his upcoming LP, Splitting Image (October 27th), last week. Today, you get to download the b-side to that single, produced by Vitamin D, free of charge! A bit of a different sound from Kam on this one, but don’t let that fool you. He can step with the best of them, no matter how different the sound, and he does just that. Keelay sent me over this track yesterday from his new label-mate D.Black, produced and featuring Vitamin D. According to sources, D’s album will be featuring production entirely from Jake One and Vitamin D, which makes it sound like it is going to be a very focused effort. I am also being told that the album is going to really sit well with hardcore hip-hop heads and the more laid back fan alike. With that said, check out the leak and let us know what you think…
