Today we get another sneak peak at Mr. J. Medeiros‘ upcoming rerelease of Friends Enemies Apples Apples, along with a sweet treat! With the original single for “W.A.N.T.S.” featuring Tara Ellis, we also get a remix of the song featuring Naledge from Kidz In The Hall. When listening to the remix, you may notice that it sounds pretty familiar to The Procussions’ “Little People”. Well, that is because producer, Stro the 89th Key went and reworked the beat for that remix, giving us a fresh perspective of the track along with some new verses. David Banner and 9th Wonder recently dropped their song “Something’s Wrong,” the first track from their upcoming collabo project. The song was dedicated to Derrion Albert, so it’s only fitting that they recruited some of the top emcees from Chi-Town for the remix. Listen as Twista, Naledge, Rhymefest, Skooda Chose, and Lisa Ivey join in on the remix. An anti-Violence rally/video shoot in accordance with the video will be taking place today in Chicago.
