The homie Honest Ape hipped me to this fresh instrumental project from Juno Complex called The Hoverboard EP the other day. I had never heard of Juno before, but this is certainly a solid introduction. Now, one must be warned that this project is based around a lot of 8-bit sounds, but please don’t let that sway you. The thing that I like the most about this EP, is that it doesn’t fall into that same category of all those other video game instrumental projects. Instead, it employs a good amount of other melodies and loops to make it a more unique and interesting experience. But there is only so much justice I can do for this writing about it, so check it out for yourself and let us know what you think… Oh yeah, and I have to hand another major props over for this artwork, simple and sweet.
