 Here’s what looks like an insane (in a good way) tribute to my personal favorite group of all time – De La Soul. Mick Boogie & Terry Urban teamed up with a slew of artists (ranging from Tanya Morgan to Phife Dawg to 6th Sense to Camp Lo to Apple Juice Kid) for this project. I heard a leak the other day for Phife’s “Peace Porridge” and I can tell you I was interested off that track alone. Download, enjoy, and give thanks to one of the greatest groups to ever do it as well as everyone involved on this mixtape. Hit the jump for the tracklist.

Welcome to the weekly rundown where we (soulsupreme and Marty) provide you with our top ten headlines for the week that was.
- Jay-Z album artwork and track-listing. The track-listing looks pretty good, but we would have like some more rappers from the R.O.C. instead of G.O.O.D. Music. Where are the J. Cole, Freeway, and/or Beanie features?
- Lupe Fiasco features for the new LP. The Neptunes and Matthew Santos aren’t surprising, but we’re looking forward to hearing Lupe rock with Kenna and how B.o.B blends with Lu’s style.
- Mos Def gives the crowd a MJ tribute in Chicago. The King lives on. Mos treats Chicago to a nice Boogie Man version of “Bille Jean”, moonwalk and all. Read the rest of this entry »

Got some cool stuff for you today from Rapper Big Pooh (1/2 of Little Brother). Here are two of the four album covers and tracklistings versions that Pooh will be dropping for his solo LP, Delightful Bars. I also have two leaks from the LP for you to hold you over until the April 21st drop date. Album features production from Khrysis, Jake One, Illmind, 9th Wonder, Young RJ and Oh No.
