Curren$y [Video]Ski Beatz is a legendary producer, there is no doubt about that. Somehow, someway, he has maintained his relevance over the years, always finding a way to work with the best of the best in the rap game. With two solid 24 Hour Karate School albums behind us, I am hoping Ski will start to progress his sound a bit and avoid any of the redundancies his production might be falling victim to as of late. That isn’t to say he is still crafting some bangers, it just seems that he is following the same formula with the same MCs over and over. “Fly By”, the latest single with visuals to match from Ski’s upcoming  24 Hour Karate School Presents Twilight project, is certainly a step in the right direction. With Curren$y drawling all over this laid back production,  we can only hope to see more top-notch tracks like this come Feb. 14 when 24 Hour Karate School Presents Twilight drops.
