You know those announcements that are equally awesome and unexpected? Well, I saw one of those this morning when Jakarta Records revealed that Ta-ku and Raashan Ahmad recorded an album together back in 2011. It only existed on the label’s hard-drive, but they’re looking to change that next week. That’s when they’ll release the entire project for free (!!). And to prove that they have been sitting on some audio gold, Jakarta shared a soulful banger in “Lean Left”. If the rest of the album sounds like this? OOF!
