Ta-ku – Make It Last [EP]

For the latest release on their imprint, our friends at Live For The Funk have dropped a four-track EP with PIMB favorite Ta-ku. The Australian dives into his more hi-hat friendly approach on this release, which boasts a serious flip of TLC’s “No Scrubs” and one of our favorite songs of the year so far. That would be the JMSN-featured “Make It Last”, a woozy, enveloping piece that’s equal parts funk, R&B, and hip-hop. Yeah, you could say we’re lovin’ this one.
