Ta-ku – “I Miss You” (Willow Smith Flip)

If there’s one thing I know for certain about Ta-ku, it’s that the Perth, Australia producer loves and respects his fans. Case in point: Yesterday evening, he said that he’d release a new song upon hitting 40,000 likes on Facebook. Well, he hit that mark almost instantly and held up his end of the bargain by sharing “I Miss You”. The moody, day-dream of a track features a prominent sample flip of “Summer Fling” by Melodic Chaotic, which is the duo of Willow Smith and DJ MVSIC Fabrega.

Apparently “I Miss You”, which you can hear below, will land on Ta-ku’s forthcoming EP, Songs to Break Up To. His long lost album with Raashan Ahmad also dropped last night. Get that here. [via]
