Sunni Colón is one of those cats I had seen on various hip-hop blogs around the web but, probably due to a lack of free time, missed out on in the past. But the homie Versis — who you better not be sleeping on — hipped me to the young West Coast spitter when he shot over Colón’s video for his new single, “Lost Tribe”. It took me a minute to warm up to his vocal/rapping approach, but once it sunk in, everything was gravy. It doesn’t hurt that the video is super crisp and easy on the eyes, either.
