On New Year’s Day, the latest addition to the HellFyre Club roster, gifted young rapper Milo, dropped a pair of EPs. They are Things That Happen at Day and Things That Happen at Night and act as companion pieces to one another. Across their 10 total tracks, you’ll hear samples of the xx and James Ingram, an interpolation of the Wallflower’s “One Headlight” chorus, and an endless stream of killer cultural references. The only featured guests are Safari Al and Busdriver, the latter of whom slays his verse on “The Gus Haynes Cribbage League”.
If you’re looking for something original, refreshing, and with massive replay value, you need to stream these EPs immediately. Do that below and cop ‘em here.
