Knxwledge‘s Kauliflowr album is due out this week, but do you think that would stop one of the most prolific artists of our time from releasing other projects? Of course not. Early this morning, the Los Angeles-residing producer released WrapTaypes.Prt.6, which mostly centers on woozy remixes of Rick Ross tracks. At least, you hear his voice more than anyone else, even when Knx is taking Lil Wayne‘s “John”, which features Rozay, to another sonic dimension. The sole outlier on the eight-track EP is a joint that takes on a Method Man track, and I’m really hoping that we get to hear Knx flex his skills on more Meth cuts in the near future.
