R&B-loving Brooklyn dweller Tom Krell will release his second album as How To Dress Well, Total Loss, in a little over a week’s time. That’s Sept. 18 to be exact, when the likely reverb-heavy record will drop and we’ll all be treated to more uses of the worst sub-genre name ever.
