Arnold and C.Z. of Boston’s M|O|D crew are flexing hard on their joint EP from the realm label WEDIDIT, showing both their musical maturation since the early M|O|D days and their current day prowess as producers. WEDIDIT is home to Ryan Hemsworth, Shlohmo, and Groundislava, some of the most influential underground electronic producers as of late, and to add Arnold & C.Z. to that list is a big statement.
That statement is backed up by four quality tracks, two from the both of them. C.Z. brings the club ruckus on “DAS WHY” and “O Rite O Rite”, and Arnold hits it off with “Plus and Minus”, debatably his best track to date, and by extension, one of the better electronic singles of 2013.
