Well, well, well, what do we have here? It appears that seminal indie label Stones Throw has set up a Kickstarter to fund, wait for it, a documentary all about its history. Yes, the film all you music nerds have been waiting for is close to creation and it’s called Our Vinyl Weighs a Ton. As you might expect, it stars founder Peanut Butter Wolf along with the numerous acts that have made their name as part of the ST roster. This includes Madlib, MED, the Stepkids, Jonti, the late Charizma, Aloe Blacc, Dam-Funk, and many, many more.
