Stik Figa & L’Orange – “Blind Tiger”

Kansas rapper Stik Figa is back at it, as he’s just announced a new collaboration album entitled The City Under The City. The collaborator? Carolinian producer L’Orange. The first glimpse of the project, “Blind Tiger,” makes this matchup look promising. L’Orange combines a pained high-pitched female vocal and a possessed cello sample to produce a grimy beat that feels carved in darkness like some sort of rap game Bane. What’s even more creepier is how at home Stik Figa is with how well he floats over the beat.
