File this one under: Surprise find. We have been following producer Kidkanevil for some time here at Potholes. But little did we know (or realize) that he’s not just a solo artist with a growing catalog. He’s also a member of the band Stateless, which is prepping its next effort, Matilda, for release on Ninja Tune early next year. The album’s first single, “Ariel”, is a genre-jumping, jangly guitar-laden joint that is equal parts head-nodding goodness and groovy psychedelia.
