While Sonnymoon‘s 2012 EP didn’t see too much prerelease hype, it is indeed picking up steam rather quickly. And at the same time, the duo is giving their upcoming full-length a push with this ill new jam “Just Before Dawn”, an 8-minute piece that was broken up into two parts, guided by soaring synths and subtle kicks of bass. To make things even more fabulous, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson steps in to record a more orchestral rendition of the moving song, adding strings to accompany Anna Wise’s wandering vocals. 2012 is out now via Plug Research. Sonnymoon is due out in May.
