On May 1, Denver-dwelling rapper Sole will release his next opus, No Wising Up No Settling Down. It finds the awesomely bearded and outspoken rapper flexing his rhymes over production from the likes of Gold Panda, DJ Pain1, and, in the case of his latest single, Hood Internet and Shapers. They deliver a raucous, West Coast-inspired instrumental on “Gangster of Love”, which also features Sole spitting some raw, Ras Kass-influenced bars. If this doesn’t get you fired up for his new album, you’re doing it wrong. Or maybe you just need to listen to it on the right speakers.
