Snake Oil – “I Was A Total Pyro” [Video]

Snake Oil. With such an intimidating name, you would have never expected such wholesome, soulful music to come out of this New Haven, CT collective. “I Was A Total Pyro” is the first and only song I have heard from the band, but its vintage, fuzzy recordings have an appeal that can only be dated back to the ’60s and ’70s. Employing thumping hip-hop drums, and groovy guitar riffs, Snake Oil is officially on my radar. Apparently they have an album coming out in June, be sure to stay tuned as we bring you the latest on that as well!
