Slow Magic works just like its name. For me it started out like this: ‘who is Slow Magic’, ‘okay I dig this’, ‘I love this music’. Slow Magic’s three track EP, ▲, features chillwave, electro-pop and “Sorry Safari” a synth-like, piano song. I’ve probably played the EP a dozen times now and it’s still as awesome as the first time I heard it. On Soundcloud, the dude from Paris put together a mix you’d hear a college DJ put together. Gold Panda, M83, Baths and at the end he’s dropped a new track titled, “o”. It has washed out bass, underwater pads and it swells like a black eye. This cat is putting good music in the cauldron, mixing it up, and will put a spell on you. Get it? Get it.
