As we had previously heard, Shyne and Diddy squashed their beef that started back when the Belizean rapper was incarcerated back in 2001. Since his release in 2009, it seemed they had gotten over any hard feelings. Today, though, a switch has been flipped, as Shyne claims the beef is back on. Apparently Diddy hasn’t come through with any of the promises he made back when things appeared to be coming together. Yeah, this is going to start one hell of a whirlwind of pure hysteria across the Internet.
Not only is the beef back on, but Shyne kick starts things with one of the worst diss tracks we have ever heard. He is calling it “You’re Welcome”, although I am not sure anyone is thanking him for putting this out. Sure, things have been rather unfortunate for this one-time promising MC. But there is absolutely no excuse for releasing such a disgusting piece of music that is apparently meant to make one of the most powerful moguls in hip-hop look bad. Only one person is looking bad here, folks, and it isn’t Daddy Puff. [via]
