The Detroit hip-hop scene continues to grow and, in some cases, expand into stranger (and darker) territory. Pushing the city’s boundaries is Sheefy McFly, a talented young rapper-producer with a shared love for weed and women. Or, as he puts it, Bad B*tches and Dank, two topics he covers at length on this new (and free) album. Fans of hip-hop with a more ignorant, freewheelin’ edge are sure to dig this, particularly standout single “1,000 Freaks”.
