Serengeti – “Ha Ha”

Let’s take a step back for a second and think about how many emcees in the game right now are dropping music that doesn’t really sound like anything that has come before it. Struggling? Me too. Serengeti, longtime emcee, but first time solo artist, has something to say about that. With Yoni Wolf of WHY? on the boards of “Ha Ha”, along with nearly half of his upcoming LP, Serengeti drops some insightful rhymes with a lighter perspective compared to past product. This is only the first song I have heard from the album, but after hearing it, I am itching to spin it in its entirety. Serengeti’s Family & Friends will be available July 19 via Anticon.
