SBTRKT – “Trials Of The Past” [Video]

SBTRKT‘s self-titled debut dropped over a year ago, but it looks like Young Turks and XL Recordings thought they could squeeze a little more out of the stunning release. Taking to the Sampha-featured single “Trials Of The Past”, Generator, Northern Film & Media and Dustfarm tack on a rather grim visual experience. With just two characters being the focus, a young lady is deconstructed by a menacing barber, and built back with all sorts of mechanical parts. The significance is up for interpretation, I suppose, but quite the creative effort nonetheless. Watch the video below.
