From what I have gathered, newcomer Rustie is straight out of the UK. This would actually make perfect sense because, just like his many fellow UK producers, his music innovates and sounds inspired. With his debut album on the cusp of its Warp premiere, Rustie drops off a high-octane “All Nite”, which showcases a slew of electronically-based skills that really put this kid over the edge. The sounds you will find on this track alone are rather massive, sparkling with intense Detroit techno influence and the fabulous voice sampling trend that has seemed to have captivated our friends across the pond. Rustie’s Glass Swords will be available Oct. 10 via Warp.
