Robot Koch – “Glassdrops” F. John LaMonica [Video]

Robot Koch Robot Koch Glassdrops F. John LaMonica [Video]When I tell you that I hate spiders, I mean to instill the image of a 6’2″ male acting like a goddamn 5-year-old because he saw a creepy-crawly hanging out on his wall. Hate those motherfuckers. BUT! Producer Robot Koch has kind of warmed me up to the idea of them. Sort of. I mean, I can deal with them being in this video for “Glassdrops”, which was directed by Frederic Leitzke and Christian Brecht. Their gorgeous cinematography paired up with Koch’s woozy beat and guest John LaMonica’s soothing vocals is just too good.

Hit the skip for the video. If you’re diggin’ it, hit up Koch’s Bandcamp.

I would probably guess the director of this video had some inspiration from Baths – Lovely Bloodflow video…man running through forest, weird substance oozing from the mouth, white-clothed woman, the creep crawlies, death symbolisation figure…not exactly the same but quite similar in the representational use of the above mentioned components.
